Burning Bright
I was slow to take to it's quiet charms, but half way through, I've come thoroughly enjoy the way Chevalier so carefully and thoroughly places the reader in the London of the early 1790s.The plot unfolds very slowly, at times it not entirely clear there is one. However, when I have reading time, I'm coming back to this over other, more plot-driven books because the children are so fascinating.
